This 1954 Chevrolet 3100 is a half-ton pickup that is finished in Maroon over black leather upholstery and is powered by a 235ci inline-six linked to the original column three-speed manual transmission. It features 16″ steel wheels, running boards, chrome bumpers, and a wood-floored Stepside box with bed rails and side boards. The truck was acquired by its current owner in 2021 and imported it to Denmark. It’s now getting auctioned with a clean Georgia title and European import papers stating all import duties are paid.
The truck was refinished in its current color under previous ownership during the restoration in Georgia. The bumpers and grille are painted satin black and aftermarket rear turn signals were installed. The wooden bed is new as well without marks. The seller stated there is no rust or bondo on the truck, and it appears to be painted very well. Small scratches are present at the tailgate.
The cab houses a bench seat that was reupholstered black leather upholstery during the restoration. Amenities include a heater, black lap belts, an aftermarket turn signal switch and dual sun visors. The original steering wheel is faded and the headliner has a small tear.
The three-spoke steering wheel frames slightly faded gauges such as the 90-mph speedometer and a combination gauge with readouts for coolant temperature, fuel level, amperage, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows 44k miles, though the total mileage is unknown.
The 235ci inline-six has an aftermarket air cleaner over its single carburetor. The electrical system was converted to 12 volts under previous ownership.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels via the original column three-speed manual transmission. The car was fully serviced last year. New oil, oil filter, spark plugs and wires were installed.
