This 1967 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ45 is powered by an inline-six engine and equipped with a 3-speed floor-shift manual transmission and four-wheel drive. Finished in light green with a green/black interior, the truck was acquired by the previous owner in 2017. He then sent it from Pennsylvania to Spain, and it has been driven about 200 miles since. Features include recovered seats, a cable winch, 15″ powder coated wheels, and 33″ all-terrain tires, as well as spray-coated interior floors, bed, and undercarriage. Mechanical updates consist of a newer Weber carburetor, distributor, batteries, brake master cylinder, and shocks, along with fresh fluids, filters, hoses, and belts. Services by a Toyota dealer about12 months ago included a chassis lubrication and an oil/filter change. This Land Cruiser is offered by a dealer with a Spanish registration.
An earlier repaint changed the color from original blue to light green. Exterior flaws shown in gallery photos include small paint chips and touch-ins, minor surface corrosion, and some dry-looking welting between body panels. The truck has manually-locking front hubs, and newer 15″ steel wheels are powder-coated in black. The wheels and raised-white letter 33×10.5″ BF Goodrich All-Terrain A/T tires are said to be have been added within the last two years.
This clip includes an underhood tour, an exterior walk-around, and views of the undercarriage. The white cab roof is said to be removable.
The front-end cable winch is thought to be a Warn 8274 unit, and the bumper has a pair of tow shackles mounted. The bed has been coated with spray-in black liner which appears to be in good shape.
An interior refurbishment included recovered seats, new lap belts, and application of a black coating to the floors. The 5-digit odometer shows just over 1,900 miles, with actual mileage unknown.
Frame No FJ45-22395 indicates an LWB truck built between February and March, 1965. This tag also shows displacement of the model-F straight-six as 237ci.
An earlier owner suggests the original F-model inline-six (3.8L, 125 hp) was uprated to a 2F unit (4.2L, 135 hp), although this is unconfirmed. The engine is said to run well, with no current mechanical issues. Underhood updates within the last 500 miles include addition of the following parts and consumables:
New Weber carburetor
New distributor
New spark plugs and plug wires
(2) Toyota True-2 60-month batteries
New brake master cylinder
All fluids changed, and filters replaced
All hoses and belts replaced
A group of gallery images show underside condition, and recent work included installation of new shocks and application of an undercarriage coating.
