This 1973 Fiat 130 is one of several hundred examples produced with manual transmissions and is said to have been imported to Germany from Modena, Italy in 2012. The car is finished in blue over a tan leather interior, and power is from a 3.2-liter V6 driving the rear wheels. Work under current ownership included carburetor tuning, ignition work, and an air conditioning recharge as well as replacement of the clutch, fuel pump, and brake pads. This Fiat is offered on behalf of its current owner by the selling dealer in Aachen, Germany with partial service records, Italian manuals, and German Registration.
The 130 coupe was penned by Italian designer Paolo Martin at Pininfarina, and this example is finished in blue. The selling dealer states that the car was repainted at some point under previous ownership, and the condition of the finish and brightwork is shown up close in the gallery.
Painted 14″ Cromodora wheels wear Fiat center caps and older Pirell P4000 tires. The car is equipped with power steering and brakes, with the pads for the latter replaced in 2018.
The tan interior offers leather-upholstered seating for four passengers as well as matching side panels and wood trim on the doors, dash, and center console. Tan carpets cover the floors. Equipment includes power windows as well as an older Autovox cassette stereo.
A two-spoke steering wheel on an adjustable column frames Italian-labeled Veglia instrumentation including a five-digit mechanical odometer that displays 10k kilometers (~6k miles). Actual mileage is unknown. The air conditioning system was tested and charged in 2019.
The carbureted 60-degree 3.2-liter V6 was rated at 165 horsepower when new. Service performed under current ownership included carburetor tuning and replacement of the fuel pump, electronic ignition, coil, and battery.
Just under 4,500 130 coupes were produced, and this example is said to be one of a small percentage equipped with a five-speed manual transmission. The clutch was replaced in 2019.
