The interior presents well overall thanks to replacement of the brown vinyl bench seat upholstery and carpeting approximately five years ago. Stock instruments include a 5-digit odometer with 78k indicated miles and are shown to operate as they should, as does the aftermarket radio. Factoryair conditioning and heating are said to work well. Cracks are noted in the driver’s door panel. The seller states that the cabin has not been smoked in.
Originally powered by an Oldsmobile diesel V8, the truck was upgraded with a correct replacement Oldsmobile 350ci gasoline V8 a number of years ago. Shifting is through an Oldsmobileautomatic that has been serviced with a new filter, fluid, and gasket. Underhood detailing including new paint on the rocker covers, intake components, and oil pans. The engine is shown to run well after being warmed up in the video above.
Recent service carried out by the seller included fresh rocker cover and oil pan gaskets and new motor mounts along with a radiator flush and oil change. A stack of service receipts and other paperwork is included in the sale, which is being carried out on behalf of the truck’s retired veteran owner due to health reasons.
