This 1984 Porsche 911 Carrera Coupe is finished in Black over a Tan interior and shows 75k miles. It was sold new in Georgia and remained with the original owner until 1998. The selling dealer acquired the car earlier this year in Oregon and imported the car to Holland. Approximately $3,500 was spent on maintenance and repairs at a local Porsche specialist by the previous owner. Options from the factory include sport seats, 16” Fuchs, front and rear spoilers, and a heated windshield. The 3.2L flat-six is mated to a five-speed manual gearbox and remains largely unmodified, with the exception of an aftermarket silencer. This 911 Carrera is now being offered with service records back to 1990, a clean Carfax, a clear Oregon title and import documents stating all import duties are paid. Dutch & German registration can be arranged by the selling dealer.
To the seller’s knowledge, the Black exterior remains original. The unrestored 16” Fuchs are finished with black centers and currently wear Bridgestone Potenza tires.
Inside, the original three-spoke wheel, driver’s controls, and instruments remain installed, though an aftermarket stereo system was added by a previous owner. The seller notes that the A/C system needs be recharged. 75k miles are shown on the odometer, which is corroborated by the included Carfax and service records.
The Tan leather sport seats show some wear on the bolsters, and the seller believes that the interior upholstery remains original, including the carpets, door panels, and headliner.
With the introduction of the Carrera in 1984 came a revised 930/20 powerplant. The 95mm bore was carried over from the SC and used in conjunction with the Turbo’s 74.4mm crankshaft to push displacement out 3.2 liters. Other notable revisions included a new Bosch engine management system, more reliable cam chain tensioners, and revised intake and exhaust systems. Output was rated at 207 bhp for the North American market.
Approximately $3,500 in maintenance was spent by the previous owner prior to the sale. Work included the installation of a new crank position sensor, catalytic converter heat shield bracket, washer pump, parking brake adjustment, fuel filter, upper steering column bushing, and more. The original service booklet is stamped showing that Porsche’s recommended 65k-mile service has been performed.
Records dating back to 1990 are included with the sale, along with the original glove compartment books, tools, and spare. No prior accidents or damage are indicated on the included Carfax.
