This 1989 Range Rover was purchased new in Utah and moved to California in 2018. The seller acquired the vehicle in 2019 in New York and shipped it to France. It now shows 137,150 miles and is powered by a 3.9-liter V8 paired to an automatic transmission. Since 2016, over €20k was spent on refurbishment, which included addressing the steering, cooling system, climate control, engine and transmission, suspension, tires, brakes, and more as detailed below. A few thousand miles have been added since work was completed, and service receipts covering all recent maintenance will accompany the sale. This Range Rover is now being offered by a dealer on consignment with French registration.
The seller states that the vehicle retains all of its factory paint and body panels. Factory equipment includes a sunroof, Safari Guard, front headlamp guards, Hella 520 auxiliary lights, fog lights, and the towing package with a rear hitch. The OEM 16″ alloy wheels were recently fitted with four new 245/70 Michelin Defender LTX M/S tires, and an alignment was performed.
The cabin is believed to retain its original tan Connolly leather upholstery, which is detailed in the 125+ photo gallery below. The climate control system has been fitted with a new heater core including associated hoses and a new temperature sending unit. An A/C recharge was also performed.
