This Dodge Ram D250 was purchased from the city of Sedro-Woolley in Washington where it was used as a city public works truck until they decide to replace the truck with a newer one in 2022. Because it was owned by the city, a detailed logbook of all the maintenance done during the years comes with the car. This D250 is what they called a ¾ ton truck, including beefier suspension, drivetrain and 8 lug wheels.
When the truck was purchased, an extensive refurbishment was performed by the selling dealer. The truck was repainted in it’s original white color & all body damages such as dents were fixed. The inside of the bed was kept original but was painted with color matching raptor liner to make it more robust. In addition, the frame was recoated, new bumpers and tail lights were installed as well as new painted wheels & dog dish hubcaps to make it look more original. The entire refurbishment is fully documented.
The interior was also extensively refurbished. New carpet was installed including new door sills and door rubbers and the bench seat was reupholstered. All gauges work as they should and the original radio is still in the truck.
Stated by the seller, mechanically the truck is in great shape too. The detailed logbook shows the car was maintained properly during the years. Prior the auction, the seller did a full checkup of the car and the 318ci engine got a fresh tune up including new spark plugs, oil and oil filter. The automatic transmission shifts flawlessly.
